CEFPAS develops high quality courses for social and health professionals. Training methods are "student centred" and focus on learning rather than teaching. Work in small groups is based on problem solving and on other interactive methodologies. Training programmes are based on users! needs and activities are constantly evaluated. All those activities are constantly evaluated: daily, at the end each course and impact evaluations are also used . Applied operational research helps the Centre to define objectives and training programmes that are more appropriate to the needs of health professionals and services and better answer to the ever-changing labour market.
