CEFPAS five-ten-year strategic plan foresees the development of its organisational and programmatic structures. The latter is composed of two sections: the administrative Directorate and the training Directorate which in turn, are subdivided as follows:
    a) Administrative Directorate:

        primary resources;
        auxiliary resources.

    b) Training Directorate

      1) Public health department:

        Health management;
        Qualitative and quantitative Sciences;
        Behavioural Sciences;
        Prevention;
        Social policies and the health of vulnerable groups;
        International health;
        Veterinary public health.


      2) Clinical Sciences department:

        Department I (training of graduates in Medical Sciences);
        Department II (Laboratory of Nursing Sciences and Laboratory of School of Training of technicians and other social and health professionals);
        Department of rehabilitation.


      3) Services department

        Informatics and telematics;
        Production of audiovisuals;
        Specialised library.
